To reserve an appointment you can book online anytime, or call us if you’d like help choosing the right service. We will ask you your preferred date and time of treatment, as well as your provider preference. A credit card is required to reserve all appointments. The card will not be charged upon reservation, but can be used to complete checkout after your service.

We focus on personalized, intentional care rather than rushed or standardized services. Each treatment is designed to support your long-term well-being, not just a moment of relaxation.
Your appointments are important to us and our team. We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any service. If your plans change, please contact us as soon as possible. This allows us to offer the time to clients on our waitlist and keep our schedule running smoothly. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. Fees will be processed by the end of business on the day of the missed or late-canceled appointment.
We can not accommodate walk-in appointments at this time. We do have same day appointments available that can be scheduled online or by contacting us at the spa.
Massage services are available for guests ages 15–17, and facial services for guests 13 and older. A parent or legal guardian must sign a consent form upon arrival. For massage services, a parent or guardian must remain in the treatment room for the entire session. All minors must keep undergarments on during their service.
For the best possible experience, please plan to arrive 10 minutes early to complete your intake forms and settle in before your appointment. We ask that you include any relevant health information, medications, allergies, or recent injuries on your intake form and with your practitioner. These forms allow us to customize your service and ensure your comfort and safety.
Our address is 640 E St Charles Rd, Suite 104, Carol Stream, IL, 60188. We are located about one block west of the intersection at St Charles Rd and Schmale Rd, on the south side of St Charles in a professional building.
We value your time and the time of our practitioners and guests. If you arrive late, your session will still end as scheduled to avoid impacting the next appointment, and the service will be charged in full. Please ensure your booking works with your schedule and notify us at least 24 hours in advance if plans change. We truly appreciate your cooperation.
Plenty of parking is available at the building where the spa is located. The front lot requires you to use the elevator down to to the first floor. Parking in the back lot allows direct entrance to the first floor where we are located.
For the most enjoyable experience, arrive in comfortable, non-restrictive clothing. During your treatment, you may undress to your comfort level, and you will remain properly draped throughout the service for privacy. We recommend leaving jewelry and valuables at home, as the spa cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.
Currently, we do not have guest shower facilities on-site.
During your treatment, open communication helps us create the most effective experience for you. Before your session begins, share any preferences, areas you’d like addressed, or relevant health considerations with your practitioner—whether that’s muscle tension, specific skin concerns, or overall goals.
You may also choose to personalize your service with optional enhancements such as cupping therapy, headache and migraine relief, or our honey heel foot treatment.
Throughout your appointment, your practitioner will check in to ensure everything feels right. If anything needs adjusting—pressure, positioning, table temperature, or technique—please let us know at any time. Your comfort is our top priority.
This is entirely your choice. Some guests enjoy light conversation, while others prefer complete quiet to fully relax. Your practitioner will follow your lead and adjust accordingly.
If at any point you would prefer less conversation, please feel comfortable saying so. A simple “I’d love to just relax quietly for the rest of the session” is always welcome. Your time here is about your comfort, and we fully support whatever helps you feel most at ease.
Yes. Deep relaxation can naturally bring about sleep, emotional release, or heightened awareness. These responses are normal and part of your body’s restorative process.
Visit our front desk so we can assist you with payment. We accept all major credit cards, Viride Spa Gift certificates, Spa & Wellness gift cards, and cash. If you reserved your appointment online, we can process the card we have on file. Gratuities are accepted and left to each guests discretion. Feel free to browse our spa boutique and don’t forget to schedule your next visit.
Drink plenty of water, allow time for rest, and avoid strenuous activity or sun exposure, after skincare services, if advised. Take into consideration any suggested aftercare instructions provided by your massage therapist or esthetician.
Some treatments may cause temporary redness, sensitivity, or muscle soreness. These effects typically resolve within 24–48 hours and are a normal part of the body’s response. Staying hydrated helps reduce muscle soreness.
Many guests notice immediate benefits such as relaxation or glow, while deeper or longer-lasting results often develop over a series of treatments.
Consistency is key. Regular treatments support long-term skin health, muscle recovery, and overall wellness. Your practitioner can recommend a personalized schedule based on your goals.
Gift Certificates are available for purchase online only. If a gift certificate was purchased for a specific service and the price of that service has increased since the purchase date, the recipient is responsible for paying the difference in price at the time of redemption. Lost or stolen gift certificates are not replaceable. Certificates are not redeemable for cash. Gift Certificates expire within one year of the purchase date and are non-refundable. Viride wellness spa accepts FSA and HSA as forms of payment. It is the client’s responsibility to check with the employer to ensure massage qualifies as a covered expense. Viride wellness spa does not offer medical insurance billing.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Unused and Unopened Products are eligible for a 100% full refund. Opened or Used Products are eligible for a 50% partial refund. All products—used or unused—must be returned to the spa in order for a refund to be processed. Please contact us and provide proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after we receive the returned product.
A discount applies to a single scheduled service. Discounts do not apply to the purchase of a gift certificate. Combining a discount with any other offer, promotion, or sale is prohibited.
At any time Viride wellness spa Inc. has the right of refusal. Certain situations may present where Viride wellness spa will refuse to accept a new client or terminate the professional relationship with any current client. Right of refusal occurs when policies are violated, inappropriate behavior or solicitation occurs, and other circumstances not listed where Viride wellness spa views the client unfit for services provided.
