AROMATHERAPY
Complimentary with your service. Experience the benefits of Essential oils. Aromatherapy uses essential oils from flowers, bark, stems, leaves, roots and other parts of a plant. The purpose of aromatherapy is to positively influence a person’s mind, mood, or health. Essential oils can provide increased relaxation as well as pain relief. You can request a single note essential oil or choose an essential oil blend for use during your service. Mention any possible allergies you may have with your practitioner. Viride Wellness Spa uses Simply Earth® Essential Oils.
SOLACE FLOW Headache + Migraine Relief | $10
Massage therapy alone can help relieve common headache and migraine triggers, such as stress, anxiety, and sleep issues. This enhancement uses a proprietary blend of essential oils, crafted at the spa, specifically for the relief of migraines and headaches. Soothing and cooling essential oils, applied to the neck and upper shoulders, offer relief from tension headaches, headaches caused from stress, sinus headaches and congestion, in addition to migraines.
HONEY + SUNFLOWER HEEL TREATMENT | $10
For the ultimate in smooth softened feet, this effective foot treatment deeply nourishes and locks in hydration. A honey based serum combined with moisturizing elements from fruit and plant extracts seal in moisture. Rich and creamy sunflower honey butter provides intensive repair to create silky soft feet.
CUPPING THERAPY | $10
Focus on a specific area of concern by adding Chinese cups to your customized massage. This treatment uses specifically designed silicone cups to create a negative pressure, or suction, on the skin. Alleviate trigger points, increases range of motion, and improve circulation. Cupping treatments are not painful but can leave markings on the body that resemble bruising. Not to be combined with infrared sauna or heated massage services.
SOS TARGETED MUSCLE RESCUE | $10
Gain relief from everyday muscle pain. The muscle recovery enhancement is an invigorating massage oil blend of arnica, peppermint, in addition to wintergreen. These essential oils are combined to relive back pain, neck tension, and calm inflammation.
